Another project we are excited about is the new Potteries Museum and Art Gallery (PMAG) in Stoke on Trent.

Work to the new extension to the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery, will become home to the Spitfire, which was first donated to the city in 1972.

The new gallery will showcase a fully restored RW388 Spitfire, visible via feature glass walls at the front and back.

As well as showcasing the iconic plane, there will be a simulator so people can experience what it would have been like to pilot the aircraft. One wall of the gallery will also be used to project images about the plane and its designer.

The groundworks package of this project is worth £800k and will see JAB working with our Client Morgan Sindall. All works carried out on a full labour, plant and material basis, with full time site manager and engineering.

Works are due to commence next week and we are very excited to see the finished project.
