J A Burke recently started another Aldi Project in the Plympton area of Plymouth.
Works on the £850K ground works package commenced just after the new year and currently have seen a 300m3 attenuation tank installed as well as foundations and the over-site reduce dug, stoned up, and handed over to enable the Steel Frame erection to commence.
Works continue on site with below ground drainage and services and external car park works.
The project sees JAB working together again with Arc Bauen Limited, and has an expected project handover date near end of July 2020.
