We have recently undertaken a new £350K project in Birmingham for our client Morgan Sindall.
Eden Girls’ Leadership Academy, Birmingham is a 600 place, 11-16 year old Muslim faith-based secondary school. The school is due to open in September 2019.
J A Burke are undertaking the groundworks for project which will consist of;
- Site Strip and reduce level dig
- Removal of contaminated fill
- Concrete plinth foundations to receive the modular building units
- Drainage and attenuation tanks
- Services and utilities
- New car park and external hard landscaping
