One of the recent projects secured is Plot M2 at Blythe Valley in Solihull.
The project is set to see new approx 50 new apartments and neighbourhood centre comprising of cafe, convenience shops and other amenities as well as some retail units in the heart of Blythe Valley Business Park.
The groundworks package will be worth £700k which will be for our client G F Tomlinson.
Works are due to commence on site next week and will be carried out on a full labour, plant and material basis, with full time site manager and engineer
